1. Get enough quality protein every day! (eat chicken, lean beef, whole eggs etc.)
2. Make sure that your carb intake is mostly from high fiber sources! (like vegetables, fruits, high fiber unrefined grains etc.)
3. Don't be afraid to eat healthy fat! (go for nuts, avocados, eggs, olive oil etc.)
