Taylor Lautner and His Muscles Will be on the October Cover of Teen Vogue

The amazing muscles of Taylor Lautner will be a good decoration for the magazine. And a good method to boost the sales...

This will make the girls go crazy, but above all, we will get to read an interview where he is probably going to reveal a few more details about his workout and meal plan that helped him put on those heavy muscles.

Anyway, he seems pretty modest about his achievement, doesn't even seem to realize how exceptional that is: "I think the fans would love anybody who played Jacob... I'm just lucky to be the one who got the chance."

...Yes, could be. But not anybody would have been that dedicated and put on such a muscle mass in such a short period of time. Respect, Jacob!

How to Eat to Get a Body Like Taylor Lautner

Everybody should have found out about Taylor Lautner's new body by now. The 17-year old did an amazing job in order to be in shape for the "New Moon" movie.

But working out is not the main component if you want to get abs like that....

According to his personal trainer, J. Yuam, the
"Diet is 85% of your success".

Now this may sound easy the first thought, but - believe me - it is not!

The main aspects of a diet to get a body like Taylor Lautner:

1. Get enough quality protein every day! (eat chicken, lean beef, whole eggs etc.)

2. Make sure that your carb intake is mostly from high fiber sources! (like vegetables, fruits, high fiber unrefined grains etc.)

3. Don't be afraid to eat healthy fat! (go for nuts, avocados, eggs, olive oil etc.)
